Officer Arrested in SUV-Motorcycle Clash

A prosecuter on Wednesday argued when Wojciech Braszczok was charged with first-degree gang assault and first-degree assault, both of these crimes are felonies. This isn't the first time Wojciech Braszczok has gotten into trouble. Another time he was held accountable for third-degree criminal mischief in connection with a September 29 incident on Manhattan's Upper West Side. Wojciech reportedly chased and dragged Alexian Lien out of his Range Rover and beat him with his helmet and by stomping on him with his foot along with a whole group of bikers. As of right now Wojciech Braszczok isn't the only man tied up with this case.
