Father of 4-year-old who shot to death 6-year-old neighbor pleads not guilty to endangerment

Anthony Senatore of Toms River pleaded not guilty to child endangerment after leaving a loaded .22 in his room which his son found and shot another child on accident. With the plea deal he would've served 7 years in prison but pleaded not guilty instead. This all happened in april when his son found the gun.
